Join l’étoile and moto-i each Thursday as we host free weekly 8 p.m. screenings of Project Runway Season 10!
This season features one of our very own: local designer Raul Osorio! Cheer for Raul while sipping stylish drink specials (including $3.5 house wines and $4 Good Luck Cocktails from 8-10 pm) and noshing upon moto-i’s delish bar menu. For the premiere, Raul himself will surely make an appearance. “Project Runway” alumni Christopher Straub (Season 6), Danielle Everine (Season 9) and Katy Gerdes (Season 3) are confirmed to attend as guests of honor.
The Season 10 premiere will take place on Thursday, July 19 on the second level of moto-i, with a cocktail reception beginning at 7 p.m. and live screening at 8 p.m. For the premiere, l’étoile fave DJ Bach will be spinning tunes before and after the screening. Screenings will continue weekly until further notice.

Since debuting at “Voltage: Fashion Amplified” in spring 2010, Minneapolis-based fashion designer Raul Osorio has made a strong impression on the local fashion scene, thanks to his slightly androgynous, matador-inspired menswear and his feminine-yet-confident women’s wear. His work explores the juxtaposition of hard lines, soft textures, masculine silhouettes and feminine lightness, and is known for his attention to tailoring and detail. The 27-year-old, California-born designer spent most of his childhood in Honduras, and moved to Minnesota seven years ago. He’s the fifth local designer to appear on the reality show (after Danielle Everine in 2011, Christopher Straub and Ra’mon-Lawrence Coleman in 2009 and Katy Gerdes in 2006).
